This post is meant to be a sort of update about the process of creating a music video during a quarantine. As a group we are now dispersed, I came to Baia Mare to be with my family, Iasmina went to Timisoara and Yidi and Elin are in Cluj. It's very frustrating as a group to be geographically separated. Because of the quarantine we've had to divide our tasks among all members as we cannot all meet and work on the same tasks. While we are constantly talking on our Instagram or Whatsapp groups it just isn't as rewarding or satisfactory as meeting in real life.
Based on work that has been done until now and depending on how much work each member has done we have divided tasks into 2 broad categories:
1. Editing and Technical Skills
2. Blogs and Writing
We decided that it would be best if me and Iasmina would work mostly on the blogs (by making sure that all members have updated and up to date posts) and on the writing in general (such as analysis and so on). While Elin and Yidi would do their best to focus on the technical parts, we initially wanted to try and edit the video together, however now that would be too difficult and too time consuming. Yidi has decided to edit the music video, while also of course consulting us and Elin has done other things such as creating a website for the band, she also did the story board.
The situation we are in currently is definitely not ideal, however we are trying to do our best to create something that we are proud of.
