First on the long list of artists that inspire me is : Tyler the Creator
The infamous former Starbucks employee turn to rap artist shines through his unique cover art and music, with my favorite album of his being Flower Boy. He is also the owner of a clothing line Golf le Fleur and collaborator, one being with Converse.
Rowan Blanchard
The 17 year old feminist, actress, activist and writer is a true blessing for teens all around the world, teaching youngsters that you can have a voice no matter your age. I've learned more about current events, politics and society from the former Disney star then from hours trying to debate with adults.
Tavi Gevinson
An artist, writer, magazine editor and actress that started from a young age, focused on fashion politics. She came to public attention at the age of 12 due to her fashion blog Style Rookie. By the age of 15, she had shifted her focus to pop culture and feminist discussion.
All of these artists have created different things that represent different styles, each inspire me and hopefully will give me some insight into creating my own magazine, as some of them have written and edited magazines.
